Animating the Powercore

I animated the Powercore of the robot in Maya. First, I selected the Open/Close option and set a keyframe on the first frame on the timeline with a value of 5. I then made a keyframe at the 11th frame with a value of 1.8. Then I made a keyframe at frame 32 with a value of 0.5. Finally, I made a keyframe at frame 34 with a value of 0.
